The processing plant (established in 2011) is a fully operational, ISO 9001-2008, OEKOTEX 100 certified, state-of-the-art fabric processing unit with a capacity of 1 lakh meters per day. The unit is well equipped to process longer lengths of fabric with its continuous ranges in the bleaching and dyeing departments.
Quality Control
The entire process cycle is monitored & supervised by a team of expert Quality Controllers. The in-house state of the art testing laboratory reflects our commitment towards maintaining global standards. Every meter of fabric is inspected to ensure total quality and every lot is tested for all critical parameters and only then dispatched.
Printing Design Development
Our twelve-color rotary printing machine is supplemented by our in-house printing design team. The in-house screen engraving machine gives us high quality engravings for the most intricate designs, enabling us to meet every design requirement of yours.
