Mr. Navinbhai Chandulal Dave is an eminent Industrialist, Public Personality, Social Philanthropist, and Educationalist based in Mumbai, with an experience of more than 60 years in various areas of real estate, textiles, and education.

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Mr. Nikhil Merchant

Mr. Nikhil Merchant, has a total experience of more than 35 years in all functional areas of textile, real estate, and oil & gas sectors. Mr. Merchant has completed his B.S. in textile engineering from U.S.A and his M.E.P degree from IIM Ahmedabad. He is a visionary and motivated business leader, with outstanding public relations management, and a detail-oriented multitasker who thrives in business environments.

Mr. Paresh Merchant

With more than 3 decades of experience in the textile, real estate, and oil and gas sectors, Mr. Merchant is responsible for company operations and strategies. He has an educational background in finance and has completed his M.E.P from IIM Ahmedabad. Mr. Merchant has a deep understanding of streamlining business operations and engaging employees in order to achieve company objectives and increase overall profit.

Mrs. Vinita Patel

Mrs. Vinita Patel has an extremely perceptive and sharp business mind. A chartered accountant herself, with a flair for multitasking, she brings passion, experience, and knowledge to the table, which is a great asset to the group. Mrs. Patel is adept at handling the day-to-day operations of the port business of the group.

Mr. Vivek Merchant

Having completed his Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, Vivek is a young, enterprising pacesetter with an astute mind for business. Mr. Merchant architects the ongoing and day-to-day operations of the textile business of the group and identifies and aligns company programs with organizational goals.

Mr. Bhavik Merchant

Bhavik is a dynamic and spirited young mind with an economics degree from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). He directs the department operations in accordance with company missions and focuses on managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the port business for the group.
